The Vintage Plaza Community Improvement District (the “District) is located in the City of Excelsior Springs, Missouri, along U.S Highway 69.
The District was formed in 2005 to construct improvements within the boundaries of the District as authorized by the CID Act, including but not limited to: (i) lawns, trees and other landscaping; (ii) sidewalks, streets, traffic signs and signals, utilities, drainage, water, storm and sewer systems, and other site improvements; (iii) parking lots; and (iv) to provide for professional fees, including without limitation legal and accounting, architectural and engineering, marketing and advertising, approvals, permits, inspections and other fees, (v) to support business activity and economic development in the District including, but not limited to, the promotion of business activity, development and retention, and the recruitment of developers and businesses; and (vi) to carry out any other powers set forth in the CID Act (the “Project”).
